My goal is to ship your package within 24 hours of receiving your order. I use USPS Priority Mail for shipping your goodies to you as quickly as possible. This usually means you’ll receive your package within 2-5 days. If you don’t receive it, call me. I’ll find out what happened and make it right.

Returns/Refunds: You will need to return the product in order to get a refund. When we talk, if a return is called for, I will give you a Return Authorization# to be written on the outside of your return package. That way I'll know it's from you and your refund can be processed.
